The administrative court in München (VG München, AZ:M16K07.1992) informed the Chamber for veterinaries that the emergency service offered by SmartVet practice in Füüsen does not require an authorization from the counsel.

Berlin, 15/03/2008. SmartVet veterinary practice in Gelsenkirchen should be called veterinary clinic from now on. This recommandation came from the superior Court of Justice and from Berlin Higher Regional Court, during a hearing of an appeal on 04.03.2008 (AZ: 5 U 53/06).
The organisation against unfair competition pronounced thereupon a provisional injunction against SmartVet GmbH.
